Certain institutional, financial, attendance, examination, or compliance-related records may be retained where legally required or necessary for operational and audit purposes.
2. How to Request Account or Data Deletion

- School Name
- User Full Name
- Registered Mobile Number
- Registered Email Address
- Reason for deletion request (optional)

Our support and compliance team may verify identity and authorization before processing the request.

Approved deletion requests are generally processed within 7–30 business days depending on regulatory and operational requirements.
3. Data Retention Exceptions
Certain records may be retained temporarily for:

4. WhatsApp and Communication Data
WhatsApp communication records processed through Meta WhatsApp Business APIs may also remain subject to Meta Platforms policies and retention mechanisms.
